We do not accept returns on swim wear so please make sure you are 100% happy when purchasing !

You may return or exchange an unused Apparel item in new condition within 10 days of purchase for a store credit.
All items must include original packaging.
Items that are used or damaged may be denied a credit or exchange.

How to Return an Item
Please email info@theroguelabel.com and include your PO number as the subject or visit in store.

Return Exceptions
All Final Sale items cannot be returned.
Other non-returnable purchases include gift cards.
Items returned incomplete or without the original packaging may be denied a refund or exchange.
(Apparel in new condition can be returned outside of the sealed bag)

Return Process Exceptions
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed via email.
In most cases, your credit will automatically be received. All returns and exchanges are an expense of the customer.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery Policy: Art

Once an order is confirmed, it will be processed based on the following specifications:

Unframed Art:
If the artwork is unframed, it will be carefully rolled into a protective tube and dispatched the next working day. In some cases, the dispatch may take two to three days. All unframed artwork orders will be shipped via DHL, with an estimated delivery time of *5-7 working days* to the customer’s address.

Framed Art:
For framed artwork, we currently only offer local delivery within Bali. Once the order is processed, it will be shipped directly to the specified address. Customers will be notified with tracking details upon dispatch. We do not handle any refunds for items damaged via the courier. 

If customers have specific requests or requirements, they should email us at *info@theroguelabel.com* prior to the order being processed. Please ensure any special instructions are communicated as early as possible to avoid delays.


Delivery Policy: Clothing

All clothing and swimwear items will be dispatched within *1-2 working days* upon receiving your order.

In the rare event that an item is out of stock or does not pass our quality control checks, we will notify you directly via email. This is why it's essential to provide both your *email address* and *phone number* with every purchase. If such an issue arises, you will be informed within *24 hours* of your order.

Once processed, your order will be shipped via *DHL, and you will receive tracking details to monitor your package. Delivery is estimated within **5-7 business days* from the dispatch date.

Please note that while out-of-stock situations are uncommon, we have included this in our policy to ensure complete transparency with our customers.
